Tips to Treat a Sinus headache:
Steam:
Taking steam can moisten the sinus. Take abucket of hot water add some drops of menthol or eucalyptus and take a steam to feel relaxed. You can add pain relief balms in hot water too.
Hydrated:
Staying hydrated helps in keeping your sinuses moist, hence, consume water throughout the day. But make sure to stay away from caffeinated or alcoholic drinks, which can lead to dehydration.

Hot Water Bath:
This is the simplest one, as all you have to do is to take a long bath with hot water. The hot water bath works similar to steaming and clears the nasal passages and decreases the sinus pressure.
Vitamin C:
As Vitamin C is rich in antioxidants, it strengthens the immune system and battles up with the infection in sinus cavities. Try and include vitamin c rich foods like lemons, oranges, kiwi, etc.
Tomato Soup:
Take 2 cups of tomato juice, 2 to 3 garlic cloves, 2 tbsp of lemon juice and hot sauce. Heat all these ingredients together in a pan. Now take it out and consume it. Don’t forget to inhale the fumes out of it.
